France's public transport agency RATP realised that their bus network in Paris was experiencing congestions and delays due to other transport modes using their dedicated bus lanes. By partnering with us, they were able to analyse large sets of camera data, that identified obstructions that were ultimately leading to delays. We also identified the top 10 congestion hotspots and pinpointed issues to allow targeted measures and optimise their infrastructure.
